Who we are

  • Lyn 65 was founded in August of 2014 by chef and proprietor Benjamin Rients, and is co-owned and operated by Jason Sawicki, Travis Serbus, and Tye Sullivan. All four grew up in the Twin Cities, and have worked in some of the best restaurants in town, including Restaurant Alma, Brasa, Butcher and the Boar, Coup d’etat, and Sparks.
  • Our Food and Cocktail menus change often, and are the product of contributions by our entire staff. We believe in paying living wages, and profit sharing for all full time employees.
